This is my custom design kit for Axial Maxximus XL2 FPV crawler. Originally the model uses flexible sheet of thin plastic panel to cover the chassis all over which can easily squished and dent during roll over, Now i've designed thick armored style 3d printed (rigid ABS plastic) armored body kit which protect the internal components inside the chassis better. The kit also comes with night acessories such as adjustable light bucket kit to fit common 12V SMD LED for extra lighting source when FPV driving at night. Original intention was to keep the design for myself since the kit only works for my 'home built' recycled parts bin crawler model which is unique for my build but since much of the R/C and FPV ground driving community request me to release it for custom builder i've decided to make these *.STL package publicly available for free download.

I've designed a solution to extended the runtime of my TURNIGY 9X and FLYSKY 9X radio transmitter by creating bigger battery bay to accomodate larger battery and at the same time able to share its power supply to external devices such as FPV video goggle, external transmitter or radio booster. The 9X battery lid now have extended larger battery cavity and a slot for female XT60 plug for external power output. Now i can stay longer outdoor in the field enjoy some flying and FPV without constantly swapping TX batteries.

This is an adapter which helps to convert TURNIGY/FLYSKY 9X radio control transmitter from air to surface (ground) control so it can be used on ground models like cars, trucks, on-road and off-roader. The aim is to limit the movement of the stick to 'one directional' control per-thumb stick; up and down or left to right without accidentally mixing about with other axis by accident hence 'direction limiter' adapter which is required to drive an R/C cars. The adapter capable of 'self-centered' the stick by adding rubber band on the mounting if the stick doesn't have centering spring normaly for planes throttling. It works with various stick configuration MODES. The adapter is easy to install by unscrew the top thumb stick by hand then slide in the adapter. The adapter can be sticky tape firm in place or screw in by making a small screw hole on the top and bottom of the flat surface stick gimbal for solid foundation. You'll need to print 2x adapter to fit 2 sides. I designed this adapter so i can used back my TURNIGY/FLYSKY 9X radio for long range FPV driving on my off-roader because the 9X support modular radio transmitter that can be swap for long range frequency and also more channel support.

This is a simple, multi-purpose and lightweight mini camera mounting kit for my cycling helmet. Previously i used GoPro Hero and SJCAM mounting accessories to mount mini camera such as RUNCAM 1 or any stick/candy bar style mini camera but i felt the mount is bulky, impractical to mount various mini/lightweight camera and also expensive to source out. So i designed my own mount that can accept any camera generically and also has USB cable holder for tidy up the connection so i doesn't get tangled as i moved around.

So i made these set of kit for my ground FPV used to be added live in-cockpit style driving environment more immerse and realstic feeling inside both on-road and off-road model use with the presence of dashboard panel and functional steering. The kit consist of 3x main parts; base holder, dashboard and steering wheel parts movable via servo. So instead having just FPV camera pan around the emptiness void inside the cockpit by having real dashboard, steering wheel and additional driver figurine with arms and hands extended to movable steering column makes FPV driving more realistic and addictive like vide games especially for all those scale wheeled FPV hardcore addicts. Another R/C model 3D printing project replication of classic vintage TAMIYA NISSAN KING CAB at 1:24 scale kit using WL-Toys A212 4WD platform. This project is to re-lived my childhood R/C wishlist back in the 1990. This project started after the successfull completion of previous 3x units of vintage TAMIYA buggy. I design this casing to accommodate my new SJCAM M10+ action camera to bolt into my multi-rotor/quadcopter/drone platform for aerial photography works. The original casing provided by the manufacturer that is compatible for use on multi-rotor/quadcopter or any camera platform attachment was too heavy and tedious to use especially when pushing the button around the camera when its already mounted, plus it has no protection against lens scratches which prone to happen during usage. Designed for DJI Phantom V1/V2: XL-RCP 22.0 Wide landing gear kit. This is new improve landing gear to replace the original stock landing gear on DJI PHANTOM V1 and V2 series that was too narrow and short causing multiple problem such as tilt over and crash during uneven landing and not enough ground clearance to mount camera between the landing gear. So i decided to design and 3d print a new set of landing gear to solve the mentioned problem for my Phantom drone as described the above title. Not only its has wider stance and tall but also being stick rod type design allow it to land any where 'all terrain' poking any uneven ground without being tilt by several ground obstacles especially on tall grass where conventional heli type low horizontal landing skid design fail previously. Designed as a solution to upgrade my old ground station version 1 to version 2 which enable this 3D printer kit to mount various type of monitoring gadgets such as FPV DVR monitor, video receiver, 3DR radio telemetry module, bluetooth module and computerised device such as Android powered tablet onto tripod stands. These devices required as to operate my FPV/UAV/drone model via wireless from ground to air exchanging live telemetry flight data, record FPV flight and also send mission plan and flight command in real time. 3d printed pan-tilt set for FPV optimized for ES Drifter Ultralight: XL-RCP 16.0 XYCLOPS : Cockpit camera pan-tilt for 808 #16.
I designed this because it need to have extra camera tilting feature that able to view straight to ground while flying in cockpit view manner without adding extra weight and avoid looking too bulky. This kit is similar design to XL-RCP14.0 HAWX EYE but slightly beefy, rigid, heavy by few grams and high mounted behind the cockpit. HAWX EYE runs on 3.7g servos while XYCLOPS run on powerful 9g servos (optionally with 180deg after market servo) which is more commonly use by most FPV / drone flight enthusiast. The most prominent differences between them is the sizing and they way how the kit was mounted on the plane. XYCLOPS originally was designed for on ES Drifter Ultralight plane, it has seat mounted post and adapter to attached to the main pillar of wing structure for rigid placement and vibration damping purposes.
This kit reduce the weight of overall vs conventional pan-tilt system in the market yet able to utilized popular 9g size servo. This kit still retain its original purpose for cockpit flying experience with extra camera tilting feature. The narrow profile design starting from 808's lens all the way to the back allow more aerodynamic efficiency against the wind and reduce drag. I came out an idea to design a pan-tilt camera set small and light enough to be mounted on the nose of a small plane without affecting the CG (Center Gravity) for the use of FPV flight (First Person View). Also most importantly giving me a good full freedom viewing from all angle at close ground proximity flight without being obstructed by cockpit dash view and wings. Originally i had both plane: Drifter Ultralight on FPV using pan only via 808 #16 HD camera keychain with live video output to wireless feed flying via cockpit view to simulate realistic in-cockpit flight experience. However after years of flight its time to convert one of the Drifter Ultralight into "Search and Rescue" style FPV drone like capability which able to fly low altitude and camera able to browse at extremely lower angle to check out ground details and tracking discreet movement below the flight model. It is consider the smallest "3D printed" FPV/UAV platform ever made for public/civilian use on the day it was released to the public on 15th March 2014. Extremely light weighted at 40 gram, palm/pocket sized, easily stored into any storage, cheaper building cost, easier to build with simple soldering skills and parts widely available in common online hobby and toy shop. I design this kit to enable me to enjoy fun indoor remote video wireless FPV flight flying through various narrow obstacles and also can be flown outdoor like its bigger brother too. The size, weight and micro rotor added safety factor minimized any harm to both living things and property should it bump into anyone or crashed into other's property.
This kit accept common and popular nano sized multirotor and FPV hardware that can be found on any hobby stores, security hardware shops and also popular online electronics supplier with building cost below USD $100 for complete personal FPV/UAV experience on normal screen/tv, all thanks to cheap open source electronics.
This 3d printed kit consist of 3x parts: the top cover, the main frame and the lower motor base cup. Required or recomended to be 3D print using plastic ABS material for rigid struture. Once done printing user only need to shed off support material and snap in all the required electronic hardware by hand. Theres no screws or glue needed to snap in all the electronics hardwares however soldering are needed to connect wires between motors, flight board controller, video transmitter and camera only. This is 9XR extension arm kit for "XL-RCP 2.0 FPV kit for 9XR". Designed to extends the height of Video Receiver (VRX) tray away from the radio transmitter to avoid Radio Frequency (RF) interference between two active hardware. I build this to avoid dependancy, avoid cluttery ground station and for portability reason. This is my second design solid printed model designed as an accessories for my R/C radio transmitter TURNIGY 9XR to support my FPV hardware. Aftermarket ascessories for this transmitter are somehow complicated, obstructing the radio antenna line of sight and need extra parts purchase to complete a similar functionality like my design. So i've have design all in one feature: Radio stand, FPV monitor LCD rack and external modular cage to keep my battery/wires and other storable item behind my transmitted via swingy and clippable cage module. 3D printed using rigid ABS plastic material and they snapped perfectly on simple hand assembly.
