If there's one plane i need to build to full fill my bucket list its definitely the 'De Havilland Canada DHC-6 Twin Otter'. This plane is very significant to my childhood because this is the first plane i ever board as kid and was staple air transport where i was born in the 70's. This plane spark my love for aviation which inspires me into R/C hobby flying. Where i live this plane was the 'all can do' plane.....the Jeep Wrangler of the skies!. Its aerodynamic cowling design is the reason why i love the P-51D Mustang and the MK24 Spifire. The sound of the almighty 'Pratt and Whitney Canada PT6A-27' all the way to 'PT6A-34' turbo fan engines are music to my ears. So i've decided to build this nostalgic plane into 3d models to be used inside Phoenix R/C Simulator to relive my childhood memories. Indeed it flies just like one on the screen! Most happiest and enjoyable scale replica i've ever build...plus i made it really big to make it looks super scale R/C plane! For more details and download you can click the link below.
