I decided to build this replica model of existing collection from my hangar and put it into the simulator because due to its dark matt black appearance it can be very confusing to know the SR-71 orientation when its up in the air especially flying during sunrise and sunset which makes it hard to track visually in the air. This SR-71 is very scale floaty jet if you have enough thrust power to get it in the air but what makes it very difficult to fly even for intermediate level pilot is its sensitive elevon control, landing approach and its confusing thin yet dark visual appearance in the air. Which is why i have to build this model into simulator so that any owner can have a glimpse of experience handling this particular SR-71 model for a try out and enjoy more virtual air time before real world flight.
