Not enough with my P-51D i've decided to get myself a wingman for it; the DURAFLY F4U CORSAIR. This plane actually market together with the P-51D since both came with the same specification and same wingspan size. They both released on the same date too. Flying this plane is a bit challenging than P-51D due to its lower axial CG, wing design and also 'Torque roll' factor. Because of the famous 'Torque roll' issues it can be pain in the ass to take-off and landing which require 'Advanced/Pro' level of R/C piloting skills to handle this plane. For me it a blast to fly! Looks magnificent and marvel in the air especially if you can related to its historical fact it was most iconic pacific fighter in World War 2 under the black sheep squadron lead by 'Pappy' Boyington. A must have even if you're not flying it because it looks also good hanging around in the hangar. In fact i've managed to acquired 2x units of Durafly F4U in 2002 before it cease to exist due to limited production. The plane runs on standard 3s 2200mah 30~40c lipo battery pack which give a good near 10 minutes of flight time.
